I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is my least favourite book in the series. It's still great, but not the best.

I read the whole series to get to this one, which is why I'm so surprised I didn't like it as the rest. It has a fascinating premise, and it explains how the killer got away rather than citing dumb luck, which is great.
I'm not enjoying Eddie's passive behaviour towards his personal life. He took steps to maintain his sobriety but that's it. Why isn't he taking action?

All that being said, I can't wait for book 5.
