I really wish I had more to say about this book, but nothing happened. I understand this is YA book but man was it boring. Someone dies in the first 30 pages and nothing happens until the ending. We follow Luke (I think?) after a teacher was found murdered on campus and it just so happens his friend group was just feet away. Throughout the novel we follow him as he suspects everyone around him and he gets an eire feeling someone is following him. There never was a strong feeling of foreboding or suspence and by the time the ending rolled around I was desperate for action. But then we get a lackluster ending that checks off all of the cliches and ends on the possibility a second book might be coming soon. I really was disappointed but I can't rate it any lower because middle school me would have eaten that shit up!
