[ 2.5 stars ] the book was slightly repetitive; would she call or wouldn’t she? it got annoying fast. despite the shortness of the book i felt like some of it wasn’t needed.
constantly reading about janie in school and then being smothered by her over baring parents was part of the repetition problem. i felt like the book wasn’t going anyway. as this book is part of a series, it was left off on a cliff hanger that makes me want to read what happens next just to find out however i don’t want to have to sit through pages and pages of boring nothings to reach the last few pages which are good.
