Giftige nåle by Alison Belsham

3.0

I really enjoyed the first installment of the series and was thrilled to discover the second one at my local library.

It was not quite as nerve-wracking for me as the first one though. It was great to get back to Sullivan and Mullins and the book almost reads itself, but some of the passages were unnecessary repetitive.

Still, this is a gripping thriller and I love the setting Alison Belsham creates. For me, it is appealing that the setting is within the world of tattoos, and not just another "drunken detective" story, even though Sullivan has lots of reasons to enjoy his whisky ;)

I will definitely be around for the 3rd book and check to see if my library might have it in English.
