And They Called It Camelot: A Novel of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis by Stephanie Marie Thornton

3.0

Thank you to the publisher for this review copy. All opinions are my own.

This novel is incredibly well-written and detailed and probably a fantastic starter for the reader who is unfamiliar or less familiar with the Kennedy family, most especially Jackie Kennedy Onassis. As someone who has read extensively of the family and Jackie herself, the book was detailed to a point I didn't necessarily need. I completely recognize that particular feeling might be my own because of my background. Thornton is incredibly talented at taking facts and creating a narrative around that is exciting and captivating.
