Nothing Is Okay by Rachel Wiley
5.0
Truly a spectacular collection. Not every poem resonated quite on my frequency, like "How To Eat Your Feelings" which, while 100% stolen right out of my diaries, felt almost too light to stand on their own. But the ones that did... I was sobbing so hard as I read "For Fat Girls Who Considered Starvation When Bulimia Wasn't Enough" that I was honestly worried my partner might wake up in the other room. But then my tears were wiped away as I read "Belly Kisses." (That's a lie, there were just new, happier, blissfully relatable tears.)
If you're looking for poems about queerness, fatness, feminism or race... then yeah, this is an exceptional place to start.
