Where to even begin. This book has been such a wild ride. I am simultaneously so happy and so sad right now.
I never thought when I received an arc for the first 70 chapters of Under the Oak Tree that I would come to love it the way that I do. I loved it so much so that I was not satisfied waiting for the rest of the story and promptly bought all the books.
This author is incredible. The character work involved in this story is absolutely spectacular. All of these characters are so rich and unique. Everyone has flaws and motivations. This is my new comfort read. I already know it.
I can’t objectively rate this but having just finished it, it’s 5 stars.
