The second in the Truely Devious series did not disappoint. I thought it was slightly better than the first and a really good continuation on the storyline.
I like how the characters are still being developed & some I’m beginning to like some & dislike others. I really enjoy the mystery that carried over from the last book but there was still an element (pun TOTALLY intended) of a new mystery.
The downfall for me is the “romance” with David.. I’m just not feeling it AT ALL.. he’s an idiot. Also, Stevie finally solving the abduction case did seem far fetched for this early in the series.
That being said, I am excited to see where the next book goes.
