This book was complex and incredibly detailed, but somehow I never got distracted or lost. I even wanted more and more. Sadie and Sam are loveable and detestable. More times than not, I wanted to reach into the book to shake some sense into them. Still, I fell in love with their friendship and non-friendship.
Graphic: Medical trauma, Gun violence, and Homophobia
Moderate: Sexism, Sexual violence, Grief, and Medical content
Minor: Cancer and Injury/Injury detail
