Best book from the saga. Turns out, it just takes a set of fun characters to make a good book, plot is for losers. I loved having Marigold there in every chapter, I was suffering from a Marigold deficiency before.
Emiel Regis is also a new favourite. An alchemyst vampire is just hella relatable. His constant need to be smarter than everybody else in the room and over explaining even the simplest things is so me. I love my little abstinent.
Also loved the arthurian name drops with a cat named Merlin and a child Nimue.
