It took me a bit to get into this one but I blame that on the momentum dying from waiting so long to read this after I finished Daughter of the Moon Goddess. I really like the fast paced flow and how there is constantly action happening. I also enjoy the author’s visual descriptions, it really immerses you into the fantasy realm! Sue Lynn Tan has easily become an auto buy author. I had a feeling
Xinglin was going to end up with Wenzhi and I’m so happy they did!!
