Delivered from Distraction: Getting the Most Out of Life with Attention Deficit Disorder by John J. Ratey, Edward M. Hallowell

2.0

Ironically hard to read. I think it could be much more concise and better organised. There's too much focus on children but I guess appealing to parents is a good marketing decision. Admittedly I didn't finish it because I just couldn't focus on it. I wish it had recommendations on how to deal with common issues(tips for studying for example).
