I felt like the actual book doesn't have much more to it than the description. I was hoping to get more insights on the characters than there actually happened to be on the page. We learn so much about them in the past but very little about how that shapes their decisions in the future besides a basic overlook of their lives in the present. I was frustrated. The flashback portion of the book had much more development than the portions set in the present. Ridiculous.
