I love Ava Reid. She is such an exquisite writer. The queen of creating ambiance and incredible character development. This is now the second book of hers where I have stayed up until 4AM ON A WEEKNIGHT reading because I just could not put her book down.
This book was so wholesome, whimsical, and rich with the perfect amount of academia and gothic fantasy. I know if I had read this book while I was a young adult (I am now unfortunately a real adult) this book would have been my bible. A++ YA fantasy.
