Devolution: A Firsthand Account of the Rainier Sasquatch Massacre by Max Brooks

3.0

This story is told in journal entries and interviews. The journal entries get rather interesting but most of the interviews seemed like info bombs or fillers to make the story longer. This did drag down the story for me a lot and made it harder for me to progress more into the story. I found myself skimping pages and than having to reread just those sections because I felt bad that I didn't give it the attention it needed. Outside of the info bombs and what felt like to me has fillers this was a rather interesting story with believable and unique characters. I am not sure who I could recommend this book to maybe someone who enjoys stories about big foot.
