The Churn by James S.A. Corey

4.0

A mostly fun story about Amos being Amos. It felt a little too much like Amos' arc in Nemesis Games, without introducing too much else about Earth at that time. And while it does explain some things about his past life, it doesn't explain the parts I wanted explained about his history. Namely, I wanted to know how he got to be the kind of person he is, and in this story he's already pretty much fully formed as the Amos we know right from the beginning. Still, it's Amos, so I enjoyed it.
