Miles Thorn has been taking care of his mother's beloved cat, Prince Francis, while she's in the hospital, but now that he's been asked to accompany the NHL team for which he works on an upcoming road trip, he's going to need some help. When he finds an online ad for the Kitty Whisperer, a cat sitting service owned by Kitty Hart, it seems like the answer to his prayers. Surprising them both, their awkward first meeting leads to a genuine friendship with the possibility of more, but they'll have to vanquish the ghosts of their pasts before they can build a lasting love.

I loved how adorably awkward Kitty and Miles sometimes were, as well as how strongly they supported each other no matter the challenges they faced. Even though they were opposites in a lot of ways, their personalities complemented each other perfectly, and they'd also had similar experiences in the past that allowed them to empathize with what the other had been through. They made a super cute couple and I was rooting from them from the start.

I'd recommend this charming story for all contemporary romance and romantic comedy fans and look forward to whatever Hunting writes next.
