Deception Point - Titik Muslihat by Dan Brown

3.0

I wish I could rate it more than 3 but somehow I couldn’t connect to the story. I wanted it to give me that nail biting, breath holding experience, but where is that. It dwell so much into building the plot and once the plot is at its peak what happened exactly? I mean I do believe in twists and turns but there should be a reason. The villain became villain without any reason and the supposed villain died a martyr. In the end everything seemed vague. Like what did nasa head told Henry? How he react to that? Where are those details? And wait, why Pickering and her switched places?
Was it absolutely necessary for Rachel to act in lincon room? Initially everything was slow, my head was spinning with too much information and by end everything was rushed. Why why why??
Yeah one should like it if they can remove the pre notion of reading Dan brown, I couldn’t.
It’s fine one time read I guess.
