Hold Still by Nina LaCour

The blurb let me believe that this novel would talk a lot more about Ingrid’s journal than it actually did. Not that there’s anything wrong with how the story goes — I think it’s great to see a suicide’s impact on friends and relatives for once — it’s just not exactly what I expected.
I couldn’t exactly relate to it, but that’s ultimately what made me pick up this book. I’ve always seen Ingrid’s side, but what is it like for the people who would have to deal with a friend's death by suicide, of all things? How do they cope?
