The Unicorn Handbook: A Spellbinding Collection of Literature, Lore, Art, Recipes, and Projects by Carolyn Turgeon

2.0

I keep telling myself that I won't buy any more of these books because they're just not worth it, but then I see them, and my goblin brain takes over and I end up buying yet another one. These books are really, really pretty. But there isn't enough actual info in them. This one had entire sections that had nothing to do with unicorns, not even a little bit. The actual historical parts were great, and I especially loved the section about the unicorn tapestry because I had seen them once on a school trip. This is not the book for you if you want to learn in depth about the unicorn myth/legend, but it's a gorgeous book to put on a coffee table and flip through.
