Remembering a Witch by Lauren Connolly

3.0

I liked it but... after they meet, we jump six months into the future, and they already have a relationship, so I care not for their problems since I know nothing of that, and all the reincarnation drama fell kinda flat because of it. I learned very little about Graham, and I knew stuff about Fenella because she apears in [b:Holding a Witch|60545852|Holding a Witch|Lauren Connolly|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1646367999l/60545852._SY75_.jpg|95423783]; however, I learned nothing new about her. I know nothing about them as a couple, so I felt no conection to them and all the emotional turmoil felt flat for me, no tension. I still liked the writing style, but what I like about Romance novels is seeing the development of a relationship, connecting with the characters and their hardships because I spent time reading about them. I didn't get that here.
