I normally never read books like this, but it grabbed me from the first page. The story of Evie, Willow and Leo (foster kids) is heartbreaking, yet a sad reality.
This book is somewhat predictable. There was a grammatical error on one of the pages that confirmed my suspicions about Jake. But there was still enough to hold me and keep reading.
