At the end of 1st novel series - Break in Two - Luc (the main character in this novel) was introduced. As author has already mentioned - This is not a sequel as such, but rather picks up where Luc left off in Break in Two.

Luc Chevalier is charming and arrogant and handsome and lots of thing you can expect from half French-half American man. I liked his character and wits of him.

Megan Sullivan lives a boring life of single parent with her 6 years old son and her mother. A trip to Paris and it changes her life.

I like grow-up love stories and this one is one of them. I like setting and story development - it goes all natural. I found Megan's son a bit too understanding but I guess being raised by single parent can do that to a child, I don't know for sure...it is just sad and unsettling. This is what I like about this series, it doesn't concentrate on main characters only but also provide bit of glimpse to rest of characters like Elliott, Ian, Harper (Megan's best friend), Megan's mom Helen and even Charlie...and I like all of them :)

All in all a great read and I have already started on 3rd of the series - Breaking Clear - Harper's story....
