I think that this book shines in the Austen adaptation to modern times. It does something I love, which is the fact that it doesn't stick too closely to the original material and it makes the necessary changes to make it make sense for a modern audience. I loved the academic setting as well.
However, I think that's the only aspect I liked, because the main relationships (both friendships and romances) are completely underdeveloped. People are best friends the moment they meet, and the main romance is very inconsistent.
