Book Lovers by Emily Henry
5.0
After trying to read five books with no success, this book got me out of a funk. I loved it from page one. I'm a big fan of books that can make me laugh, and the banter in this book had me going. The relationship between the sisters felt so honest, and their issues relatable. Charlie might be too good to feel real but I'm not complaining.
Henry's use of imagery and metaphor was fantastic, like little surprises peppered through the work. It kept me enthralled and I refused to skip a single word.
