I know I've said it before, but this book was so surprising. I did not expect to be emotionally destroyed by the reveals and conclusion of this book. Aiden Thomas made magic seem real. I can normally figure out reveals, and certainly there was foreshadowing, but I did not have this one figured out. I sobbed when I realized what was happening at the end. Truly, this book is a work of art.
