Little lies - 2.5 stars

I’ve only read the first two books in the pucked series so when I saw this book advertised on amazon I thought I’d try it. I thought it was a good read but I’ll be honest, it didn’t really grab me. I felt the first half of the book was all about Lavender’s severe anxiety, and then all of a sudden it seemed in the last half she had magically overcome it and had a handle on it. Lavender was uncomfortable being around Kodiak as he was very nasty and verbally abusive to her. Kodiak finally reveals the reason for their distant friendship of 7 or so years. Personally I thought it was far fetched and random that soon as she found out his reasons that she could go from being scared of him with anxiety attacks to getting naked and tying him up and being so bold doing what she did. At this point in the book I wanted to DNF it as it just didn’t make sense and completely erased the version of Lavender I had read about. This book was an OK read which I enjoyed but I’m not in any rush to read any further books.
