The second Stendhal i’ve read, another disappointment to me. The MC seems to be some self insert again.. like he’s so nothing but all the ladies go mad over him.. ok. Some interesting political intrigue stuff but Fabrizio was so dull and the love story i didn’t give a fuck about tbh.
