Confessions of a Curious Bookseller by Elizabeth Green

5.0

I KNOW, it’s an unexpected number of stars. Let me explain.

1. As a dear friend pointed out before I read this book, this is simply not the right cover for this book. What is the right cover? I have no idea but not this.

2. So in the beginning the main character seems frustratingly quirky and dense. But as the novel progresses, we find that something much deeper is happening. While I cannot relate to the actions of the main character, I absolutely relate to the feelings.

This book is well done and a fast and engrossing read. Just ignore the cover. It’s not a cutesy book.
