The Perfect Mother by Aimee Molloy

4.0

I think it's worth a read and gave it four stars because it kept my interest even though it's not my genre of choice. I think it's very good for a first novel and I will be recommending it to my customers who appreciate a good female-centric suspense plot. Even though I'm an empty nester, I so related to the pressure in our mothering culture. It's brutal and drives us all kinds of crazy. To take a group of moms and insert the reality of them all living on the edge just trying to adjust to life with an infant is a brilliant premise for wondering which one is in enough of a demise to possibly commit a crime.
