I started this series when It has to be you was released earlier this year and god damn I never looked back! I have enjoyed reading these Novellas and I would say that The Forces of Love is by far the SPICIEST out of everything in the series. Mitch is probably top 2 book boyfriend at this point, just behind Ethan of course.
Anyway I digress.. Let me tell you about the story of Mitch & Sophie <3
Sophie doesn't trust anyone since her dad & Meg. She is quite happy to work on her own and not make any friends, she already had the best one anyway. Who can replace Levi, Sophie's imaginary friend that has been with her since she was a child.
Mitch is a smart guy, can eff up at times but he knows his stuff. He looks like a cinnamon roll, is a cinnamon roll. Mitch knows that with Eva's guidance, his imaginary friend, he will be okay.
Things I like:
> I love that Mitch doesn't roll over and knows when to bite back whenever Sophie becomes too bitchy
> Just like the rest of the titles in the series you can finish this in less than 24 hours bestie! I love that it always delivers as a palette cleanser for me in between Fantasies
> I love the spice ugh the spice! The spice is there, it's not as descriptive but you will know it bestie..
> this closes the series perfectly!
Things I have feelings on:
> The cameo on the tercentennial event, I get that it was relevant to show that Mitch was open to being attracted to other genders just like Sophie but the level of interest that was shown on the epilogue felt pushed? If it was something that we wanted to established I think we could have included it anywhere else other than the epilogue. That is all <3
