The first book was a little slow for me, but still engaging, but this book. This book right here?! I loved it. the pacing is superb the stakes are raised, everything you wanted resolved from book one gets there and the stakes you wanted to feel in book one and here in full force. Great sequel! I listened to this on Audible which I would recommend because it is almost acted. very well read.
