Did not finish book. Stopped at 43%.
I tried to finish it. I really did. 
Unfortunately, the horribly unethical and potentially harmful approach of the group therapy as it was presented made it impossible for me to continue reading without being filled with rage as a therapist. 

I hope the author found her happy ending. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get past the awful therapy to find out.
