Lolololololol I still love it. This book is not the best thing ever written. I'm not the person that will shove it in everyone's face and say they need to read it. However I will defend this book until the day I die as a series I love because this series was there at a time i needed it over and over again.

First time I read it was at the point when the books were coming out. Most of the kids in my class were starting to fall out of reading but between Twilight and Percy Jackson, they kept most of us reading. My friends and I just happened to fall into the Twihard category.

The time it really helped me though was during the 2010-2013 time period. I literally was reading these books over and over again; picking them up every couple of days. I was in a dark point in my life and getting to fall into Bella's life and focus on her problems instead of mine just made everything better. So while things in my life grew darker, I would let The Twilight Saga help relieve me of my pain.

Fast forward to now and essentially that's why I'm doing a reread, except instead of emotional and psychological pain, I'm dealing with a lot of physical pain that my doctors and I are working to figure out what is happening with my body. But allowing myself to fall back into Bella's world and listen to the words of the Romeo and Juliet type relationship that I loved as a teen helps me be able to ignore the pain that even pain medicine can relieve me of currently.

Is Twilight the best book ever? No.

But do I love it? Hell yeah!
