An Arrangement of Sorts by Rebecca Connolly
4.0
It was quite cute at the start and finish. I really enjoyed the epilogue, and I loved some of the banter between Moira and Nathan. However,
Sigh. This is just one of my pet peeves with a few books I've read, not just this one. All in all, I still liked this book and I enjoyed the Nathan's gentlemanly counterpart to Moira's not-so-ladylike personality, and vice versa.
Also I must ask because I'm genuinely curious, how does one perspire in a maddeningly attractive way? (Refer to page 246 of the book.)
Spoiler
I could do without the several chapters near the end where Nathan and Moira lamented that they could never be together. I mean, c'mon, of course they're going to end up together, so why add those unnecessary 50 (more or less) pages of text? How about when they realize that they love each other, they actually say it instead trying to "forget" each other and go on like "normal?"Sigh.
