Doctor Who: The Time Machine by Matt Fitton

3.0

The Doctor rushes in to save the universe from an impossibly wrong time machine and the Creevix who aim to consume all of time. The Creevix felt a little generic in their description and other than being giant bug like creatures I didn't get a huge feel for them.

Jenna Coleman's reading was decent, and her characterization of Alice Watson was well done and I felt her voice really brought Alice to life. But I found her interpretation of Matt Smith a bit off (and actually it was more of an interesting combination of the tenth and eleventh Doctors than anything).

The pacing of the story felt a bit off, with the end rushing to a conclusion and attempting to wildly tie in everything from the previous stories. It worked in the end but felt like it could have used more of a detailed examination.
