Never Get Angry Again: The Foolproof Way to Stay Calm and in Control in Any Conversation or Situation, by David J. Lieberman

2.0

It's true the book did have some scientific explanations in the beginning and some great insights but as I progressed this book started talking about the faith in God.
I am struggling to process what faith or belief in God has to do with anger. The book had what I would call waves of information. And waves, because it would start off with a really well-put explanation of why things get out of control and the wave, crashes with bringing God into the picture.
Don't get me wrong I am all in to read about God but for a book about anger and the foolproof way to stay calm and in control in any conversation or situation, God stays pretty far out of the picture for me.
There is a rational or logical explanation and then he concludes with, 'turn your faith in God into your trust for God and you will never be angry again.'
Well, that just is a bit hard to explain when you are in an anger-boosting situation don't you think?
So I conclude that I was a happy and calm person when I picked up this book but as I read it I went through swings of different forms and levels of anger. Maybe this book trains you to be more tolerable for things like this and the ones who finish this book will never find anything to be angrier about.
