The base theory is good on what constitutes a hot spot. However, the method for getting including examples from Nokia and others is very weak. The examples cited are fairly trivial and it is difficult to understand how those can lead to hot spots. The content also suffers from the fact that times changes so rapidly, and the examples are dated and clearly not the right ones....
