Band of Brothers: E Company, 506th Regiment, 101st Airborne from Normandy to Hitler's Eagle's Nest by Stephen E. Ambrose

4.0

Incredible narrative of Easy Company’s time during WW2. The writing style was often straight-forward like a military report, but had surprisingly funny and light-hearted moments mixed in between, and Webster’s vivid descriptions of Easy’s time from Toccoa to Germany. Makes me wish I had the honor of meeting these brave soldiers, nevertheless, respect them all deeply. Truly no one has matched up to their skill, endurance, courage, and, of course, camaraderie. Currahee!
