Wow. I'm actually blown away by this beautiful book. Binding 13 definitely has a spot in my top favorite books. It was just so real and raw. Shannon's character hit me so hard as I could relate to her a lot with her struggles at school and at home. But I could also relate to finding love in a dark place. Shannon is such a sweetheart and if I could jump into the book, I'd protect her with my life and give her the biggest hug ever. Johnny is just so amazing with his protectiveness, kindness, and consideration. He's not perfect but he IS perfect!! My heart was so full seeing their relationship develop amidst their individual struggles in life. All the characters are so interesting and I want to peel back all their layers to know their individual backstories. The dynamics between the characters are super fun to read about. Binding 13 is the type of book that pulls on your heartstrings, making you happy then sad, giddy then angry, everything!! I couldn't put it down and I found myself trying to sneak in as much reading as I could whenever I could!
