Drakon's Prey by N.J. Walters

5.0

Tarrant and Valeriya are two characters you can't help but love. Tarrant is doing whatever possible to protect his brothers and the life he's so carefully constructed. While Valeriya is trying to get away from the Knights and stop those who are out to destroy the Drakons. What she never expected was to stumble upon a real-life Drakon.

This couple is so very endearing. They are down to earth and logical in their thinking, except when it comes to protecting each other, then all bets are off. Their interactions are intense and sweet at the same time.

A solid 4.5 star story. With a steady flow, this story is full of danger, suspense, betrayal, humor and is very sexy. I was completely invested from beginning to end. I love the dynamics between Tarrant and his brothers the most though. Ezra's and Nic's personalities are worlds apart and I can't wait to read their stories.

I received a complimentary eARC from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
