This would be a great book for kids on the younger end of the YA genre. As a 23 year old, I thought it was a cute story and felt like a cheesy, corny teen drama. The writing was a little immature for my taste, but I’m also not the target audience. I would definitely give this to my 7th-10th grade child to read.
