Reading between the crimes is the second book in the Jane Doe Book Club Mystery and I regret that I didn't read the first book in the series. Reading between the crimes follows Lyla who is roped in by Harper who works at the library to help her finr in such d her aunt and then later Harper's huband is killed in Lyla's parents library. Lyla is then on a mission to clear her friend's name and get this one of their reads is manifesting in real life. This book is fast paced and filled with endearing characters such as Lyla's grandmother. If you love Hallmark Mystery movies you will enjoy this book.
