I Would Leave Me If I Could: A Collection of Poetry by Halsey

I wanted to like this more and there were some poems that struck a chord, but apart from them most felt like a stream of consciousness, adding a lot of paragraphs to follow the artsy pattern of what a poem is supposed to look like. 

That being said, my favoritesfavorites were
- I would leave me if I could 
- forever... is a long time (love the song actually) 
- the painter (that one broke me) 
- seventeen

"Why can I love him 
only when he leaves?"

where I don’t think before I speak."

"Well you’re older now it seems
