Believe in Me by Alexandria House

5.0

I listened to the audio book. I enjoyed this book much more than the first one.

Believe in Me grabbed my attention from the very beginning and held it to the last page.

I liked Renee, even when her ex had sent her through it and she was ready to give up. I liked Zo. he was all in for Renee. They went through their fair share of issues, but always managed to pull it back together. I really felt the chemistry between Zo and Renee. They just seemed to click.

There were a couple of intense scenes. Something I think many people could relate to. That final chapter with Renee was just funny. I also like Rel. That scene between So and Rel was too much. Then there was that twist with Renee's dad. This book gave me things I wasn't even expecting.

I am hoping Nikki's book is just as good. Nikki was a hot mess, and I can't imagine the road we are going to travel with her.
