Demon, Volume 2 by Jason Shiga

5.0

Volume 2 is much more wordy and complex than the first. I actually read it a week or two ago (the night after reading Vol. 1) and forgot to review it promptly, so some of my thoughts and questions have faded.

Certain panels in Vol. 1 reminded me of the video game Hotline Miami, or even the first two Grand Theft Auto games - both games feature overhead, god-like POV with increasingly difficult scenarios that involve amassing a huge body count in a small physical area. Vol. 2 continues this, and specifically makes use of Jimmy's math and logic skills to narrowly escape traps.
