Excellent book! The sheer wit and writing is superb! I was completely immersed in this story and the life of a writer. I loved how the whole ordeal devolved into the narrator going completely mad. Everything a great book needs: friendship, greed, fame, lies, hope, fear, and a little bit of insanity. I couldn't figure out if I would rate it as a 4 or a 5 (I have a hard time giving partial stars) but ultimately, it's a book I would recommend over and over to people. Bumped to a 5 for the wit and honesty and the crassness that has become the race race. Razor-sharp and my first time reading this author!
