Evermore by Alyson Noël

I've been desperate. Like seriously desperate for a good book. And that is precisely why I read, and FINISHED this book. And the series for that matter. But seriously, this may be one of the dumbest paranormal books I've read.
Let's start with how cliche Ever is. She's the loser, outcast, and all that jazz. But she's totally normal underneath that sweatshirt and sunglasses right?!? Oh, ya...except she can read minds and see auras. But other than that, there's nothing that sets her apart from any other character in any other typical YA paranormal romance. She's pretty, but you wouldn't know it. She's funny, but you wouldn't know it. She's an unappreciative orphan. Every freaking thing about her has been said and done before. And the same goes for every other character in this book. Daemon could be any typical YA guy. Rich, immortal, sexy, and extremely attractive. All other characters aren't worth mentioning because they receive no character development whatsoever.

As for the plot, there was nothing at all happening. I mean seriously, it's entirely about how cute Daemon is, and Ever is not going to think about that, and he likes the uber popular girl, and he's so perfect, and blah blah blah blah. Boring, cliche, and basically the plot of every single paranormal book in the world.
