I enjoyed this reread.  Aliens are a nice change of pace for a romantasy.  Katy is alright, she is relatively bland honestly, but is kind and grows tougher as the book goes on, which I like to see.  I'm jealous of her book blogging life.  Daemon is a pretty good bully MMC, super hot and mildly morally grey and has his fair share of heroics.  The ending is a little bit mysterious, bc how it happens isn't really explained until the next book.  And I don't love how she left things btwn Katy & Daemon.  I understand why, bc it will allow the will-they-won't-they tension to continue for at least another book, but the conversation they have at the end involves an insanely quick change of opinion that I don't find very believable or well explained.  But it's a fun, quick read and I would recommend!
