This book was a random passing pick up at the local charity shop and I am so glad I stumbled across it! It has to be up there with one of my favourite books.
I absolutely adored the characters, the storyline, and of course the gorgeous scenery the author sets in your head. The whole book just felt as though you too were in Porthgolow with Charlie.
I must say the ending was a little bit over the top, dramatic and didn’t really fit in with the book. But I loved Daniel’s character so much I didn’t care. I need more Daniel!
